3D Printed Concrete Homes Coming to Tampa, Florida – On Sale Now
Tampa-based startup Click, Print, Home – A 3D Concrete Printing Company (CPH-3D) has partnered with national 3D concrete printing leader, Alquist 3D, based in Iowa to print the first 3D concrete homes in the Tampa area; also closing a long term lease to bring Alquist’s COBOD ‘BOD’ 3D concrete printer to Florida where CPH-3D will use it to print homes. This will establish Tampa as a cutting-edge leader in this revolutionary construction automation technology that will create stronger and more sustainable housing, while also providing cost saving benefits.
CPH-3D has just listed for sale as pre-construction, the first luxury 3D printed concrete home in the state of Florida; only the second luxury design in the USA, following ICONs ‘House Zero’ in Texas. It is listed by brokerage Compass Florida (NYSE:COMP) for $599,000 in Port Tampa and is actively seeking buyers for this unique, history-making home.

3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) also known as additive manufacturing,
utilizes an automated process of seamlessly layering concrete via
robotic arms and technology, creating a solid, monolithic and
impressive structure, while also minimizing waste up to 95%. The
partnership with Alquist 3D provides CPH-3D with an experienced
partner to help guide the ambitious Florida startup.
